I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Restorative Practices Trainer, and a specialized Trainer and Coach of Motivational Interviewing (MI). As a member of the globally recognized Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), I am dedicated to helping individuals, leaders, and organizations transform how they communicate, navigate change, and engage with those they serve.

My background is rooted in education; for ten years, I worked alongside school administrators, teachers, learning consultants, and parents to cultivate inclusive, deeply accepting environments. My practice has always been guided by the core MI belief that the "wisdom is in the room." Rather than positioning myself as the sole expert with all the answers, my approach to training and consultation is deeply collaborative—working to evoke an organization’s or individual's inherent strengths and clarity so they can move forward in ways that align with their true values.

I am devoted to building capacity across systems by offering high-quality training and coaching tailored to real-world application. Whether partnering with mental health professionals, culture and climate committees, or crisis response teams, my goal is to help teams bridge the gap between theory and daily practice. I specialize in seamlessly weaving MI and restorative principles into a variety of areas, including communication excellence, conflict resolution, well-being initiatives, and multi-tiered support systems.
